Nadendla Manohar, the Ex-Speaker of erstwhile Andhra Pradesh (AP) Assembly, has resigned from the Congress party and he is going to join Jana Sena Party at Tirupati on Thursday evening. He confirmed this news before departing to Tirupati to meet Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan.
Nadendla Manohar, is the son of former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nadendla Bhaskara Rao. He was responsible for introducing the Information Technology (IT) and updating the functioning of Andhra Pradesh Assembly during his term as Speaker.
Nedendla Manohar will join Jana Sena Party in the presence of Pawan Kalyan. He has flown to Tirupathi from Gannavaram along with Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan on Thursday.
Nadendla Manohar is likely to contest from Tenali Assembly constituency in coming Assembly elections.
On the otherside, Jana Sena Party members have no news regarding it. According to the Jana Sena party leader, Vijay Babu, they have no any information regarding this development, He said that though Nadendla Manohar has informed that media that he is going to join Jena Sena but media they have no such information.
The sources say that few months ago, Nadendla Manohar met Pawan Kalyan in Amaravati during his 2 days tour in Vijayawada. During the meeting, he expressed his desire to join Pawan Kalyan’s party- Jana Sena.
