The Young actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran starrer investigative thriller drama Rakshasudu was one of the super hit films of 2019. The movie Rakshasudu completed 2 years as it was released on 2nd August 2019. It was a remake of the Tamil hit film Ratsasan, in which Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul played the lead roles. Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas was seen playing the role of Arjun, who gives up on his dream of becoming a filmmaker takes up the job of a cop after the death of his father. He then attempts to track down a psycho killer who kills teenage school girls.
The performance of Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran were lauded by the movie lovers and the critics. Anupama played the role of a school teacher, Krishnaveni. The film Rakshasudu was directed by Ramesh Varma and backed by Havish and Satyanarayana Koneru under the banner of Abhishek Pictures whereas the music was scored by Ghibran. Now Ramesh Varma is coming up with Rakshasudu 2.
Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas was last seen playing the lead role in romantic, comedy and action drama Alludu Adhurs, directed by Santosh Srinivas. The film also has Anu Emmanuel, Prakash Raj and Nabha Natesh.
Currently Bellamkonda is busy in his upcoming Hindi film which is remake of Telugu movie Chatrapati in which Prabhas and Shriya Saran played the lead roles.
