 Plus Points:

  • Performance
  • Story
  • Siddhu Jonnalagadda
  • BGM
  • Dialogues

 Minus points:

  • Second half
  • Weak comedy

Performance: Siddhu Jonnalagadda, the young talented actor,  has given a commendable performance especially his expressions and body are superb. He performs well in sentiment scenes and looks good on the screen. His Telangana slang and the way of dialogue delivery are superb.  Neha Shetty does her best. She looks glamorous and she  is confident in her act. Pragati is fine. Brahmaji, Prince,  Narra Srinu  and others perform well in comical roles.

Technical: Sricharan Pakala‘ music created a lasting impression but S Thaman’s background score are the main assets. Pataudi Pilla  and DJ Tillu songs are good to hear.  Cinematography is pleasing to the eyes.   The visuals of the movie  DJ Tillu are fantastic. Siddhu starrer DJ Tillu has a breezy first half and  rib-tickling moments. Navin Nooli’s editing is ok.

Analysis:  Overall DJ Tillu is a good  comedy drama  and the main assets of the film is Siddhu Jonnalagadda’ s characterization and  performance.
