Last year, SS Rajamouli himself revealed during an interview that he would team up with Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu for a film. Currently Rajamouli is busy in his upcoming much awaited multilingual movie RRR and after the release of Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer, the director will start working on Mahesh Babu film. The script of Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu film is penned by Vijayendra Prasad.
Recently during the media interaction, the writer and Rajamouli’ father, K Vijayendra Prasad has spilled some beans on this film. Vijayendra Prasad revealed that Mahesh Babu’ film will be set in the African backdrop and it will be an adventure thriller.
According to Vijayendra Prasad, he want the film’s backdrop in Africa and it should be adventurous. It seems, Mahesh Babu’ project will be bigger than Baahubali and RRR. The upcoming untitled project is expected to go on the floor next year.
Currently Mahesh Babu is busy in his ongoing project Sarkaru Vaari Paata in which he is sharing the screen space with Keerthy Suresh of Mahanati fame under the direction of Parasuram. The upcoming film is based on the bank scam and is slated to hit the theaters on the occasion of Sankranthi 2022.
