Veteran Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has been roped in an upcoming film Karthikeya 2, in which the young actor Nikhil Siddharth is playing the lead role. The sources say that Anupam Kher will play an important role in this thriller drama. Last year in the month of March, Nikhil surprised his fans by making announcement that he will be playing the lead in the sequel to the 2014 film Karthikeya helmed by Chandoo Mondeti. The makers of Karthikeya 2 released a new video and welcomed Anupam Kher on the board for this project.
The video stated that Karthikeya 2 welcomes one of India’s biggest actor Anupam Kher Ji. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher will make his screen presence in the role of Dhanvantri, and he will join the sets soon.
The shoot of upcoming film karthikeya 2 has been started and the sources close to the makers announced that Anupam Kher’ role is very unique as it will be a mixture of good and bad characters on the screens.
Anupama Parameswaran is on the board play the female lead whereas Swathi Reddy will be seen playing the second female lead in Karthikeya 2 which is jointly backed by TG Vishwa Prasad, Abhishek Agarwal and Vivek Kuchibotal under the banner People Media Factory and Abhishek Agarwal Arts.
