It’s been more than 5 years since we saw Bollywood actor Imran Khan on the big screen. He was last seen in Katti Batti in which he shared the screen space with National award winning actress Kangana Ranaut , which was released in 2015. Imran Khan made a kickass debut back in the year 2008 with the film Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na under the direction of Abbas Tyrewala which was bankrolled by Aamir Khan, who is also Imran’s maternal uncle.
Bollywood actor Imran Khan also made his directorial debut with a short film Mission Mars: Keep Walking India. Now according to the latest update, Imran Khan has quit the acting and this news is confirmed by his close friend Akshay Oberoi.
During the media interaction, Akshay Oberoi said, “My best friend in Bollywood is Imran Khan, and he has quit acting. Imran Kahn is one of my closest friend, whom I can get up at 4 am and call. We both studied acting together at Kishore Acting School. And he has quit acting.”
Akshay Oberoi also hinted that his friend distanced himself from acting to explore other options such as writing or direction.
Imran Khan has acted in Luck, I Hate Luv Storys, , Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Break Ke Baad and Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandol but none of which left an impression at the box office.
