After taking a brief break from acting, now the versatile actress Shruti Haasan is back. Currently Shruti has number of big budget projects in her kitty which are in different production stages.
Besides romancing Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja in Gopichand Malineni’s directorial venture ‘Krack’ and starring opposite Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi in ‘Laabam’, Shruti Haasan is playing a crucial cameo in Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel Saab, which is being directed by Venu Sriram.
It is known news that up until her movie Gabbar Singh with Power Star Pawan Kalyan was a blockbuster at the box office, Shruti Haasan was known as the proverbial ‘iron leg’. People were wary of casting Shruti in films. Recently during the media interaction, Shruti Haasan had said that she was a part of a couple of blockbusters at the beginning of the career in the film industry but she did not feel great about it. She would start picking good films from now but the actress’ comments were misquoted by many publications.
Finally Shruti Haasan took her microblogging page and revealed that she was extremely proud of her Telugu films like ‘Race Gurram’ and ‘Gabbar Singh’. Gabbar Singh with Pawan Kalyan was life changing for her.
Certain Telugu publications have misinterpreted a quote from a national interview I gave and are writing articles that are untrue. Just to clarify I am extremely proud of having been a part of films like race gurram and Gabbar Singh- GS with Pawan Kalyan Garu was life changing !!
