Anupama Parameswaran is best known for her debut role as Mary George in the Malayalam romantic movie Premam which was released in 2015. Her popular movies are Sathamanam Bhavati and Vunnadhi Okate Zindagi. She made her debut in Kannada film Industry  with the movie Natasarvabhouma, in which Puneeth Rajkumar played the lead role. Anupama Parameswaran  is an active user of social media sites and frequently updates her followers with latest pictures and photoshoots. This time Anupama Parameswaran  posted a new photo with a lost expression and a quirky caption.

In Tollywood, Anupama Parameswaran  was last seen in investigative thriller drama Rakshasudu, directed by Ramesh Varma and bankrolled by Havish and Satyanarayana Koneru. In this film she shared the screen space with  Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas. It was the official remake of the 2018 Tamil film Ratsasan and was one of hit movie.

On the work front, Anupama Parameswaran  is currently a part of 2 projects – ‘Maniyarayile Ashokan’ in Malayalam and ‘Thalli Pogathey’ in Tamil, which are in different production stages.
