Maharshi digital rights sold for Rs 11 Cr

 Mahesh Babu is currently busy in his upcoming movie Maharshi, which is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally. The movie is scheduled to hit the theaters on 9th April 2019 in a very grand manner.  Reports doing the rounds suggest that Maharshi will soon be made available on Amazon Prime, but not anytime time soon. When they will upload the film for watching it online is not known yet.  According to the latest update, the digital rights of Maharshi has been sold out to Amazon for a whooping price of Rs 11 Cr. This is the highest ever for a Mahesh Babu starrer.

Earlier Mahesh Babu starrer Bharath Ane Nenu was also sold to Amazon. The shooting of Maharshi is going on at the brisk pace and the pre-release business of the film has been already started.

Pooja Hegde who was last seen in Trivikram Srinivas’s directorial venture Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, is on the board to play the love interest of Mahesh Babu in Maharshi. Sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad is rendering the tune. The movie is being  produced by C. Ashwini Dutt, Dil Raju and Prasad V. Potluri, under the banners of Vyjayanthi Movies, Sri Venkateswara Creations and PVP Cinema.

Maharshi is Mahesh Babu’s landmark 25th movie and there are huge expectations about it. Its promos have doubled the curiosity of Mahesh Babu’s fans, who cannot wait for its release in theaters.
