Akhil Akkineni: It’s Vekny Atluri FaultAkhil Akkineni is currently busy in his upcoming romantic movie Mr Majnu.  It is known news that Shankar’s directorial venture 2.0 starring Kollywood superstar Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson, has hit the theaters yesterday on 29th November in a very grand manner and received positive response by the movie lovers and critics from everywhere. Number of celebrities have shared the reviews on 2.0 . Now it is the turn of King Nagarjuna’s younger son Akhil Akkineni.  He said that he did not get the time to watch 2.0 because he was busy in the shoot of  his film, in the direction of Venly Atluri.  He said, “it’s Vekny Atluri Fault”.

 Akhil Akkineni wrote on his Twitter, “#Robo2Point0 mania everywhere !! Missing the action. Can’t wait to watch ! @dirvenky_atluri all your fault ! @george_dop do something macha !”

 Few days ago, Akhil Akkineni also shared an update about his movie Mr Majnu on Twitter and revealed that the entire work of Mr Majnu will be completed by 3rd December and the movie will hit the theaters in the month of January.

  Akhil Akkineni  wrote on Twitter, “Good morning !!! An update on #MrMajnu ! Patch work going on full swing and we wrap the film by dec 3rd. Then it’s just one set song for us and then gearing up for our release in January. Thank you all for being patient the time has come to start rolling content out soon.”

 Nidhhi Agerwal who was last seen in Naga Chaitanya starrer Savyasachi, is playing the love interest of Akhil Akkineni in Mr  Manju.

On the otherside, Superstar Rajinikanth, who is considered the king of box office, is creating the history at the collection centres once again with his sci-fi movie 2.0. Book My Show and Paytm alone have sold 25 lakh tickets of Lyca Production venture 2.0 which clearly indicates that the movie is registering a gigantic opening at the box office. It is the same case in single screens in Tamil Nadu too.
